Evan Constantine has a long standing involvement in the fitness world starting from his younger years as an elite Varsity Athlete - at Memorial University where he obtained his Bachelor of Physical Education. He took his love for coaching and combined it with his knowledge of fitness education and training to start a career in personalized one-on-one training. Over his career, he has worked with provincial sports teams, Varsity & College Athletes, Corporate Wellness groups, adult teams and one-on-one. Evan is also very knowledgeable in training for sport specific, rehab, postpartum, weight loss and everything in between.
Chris joins EC Fit as a recent Memorial Graduate from the Bachelor of Kinesiology (Cooperative) program and has been working in the field of health and wellness since 2018. Besides his education Chris has years of experience in competitive sports. The years of strength and conditioning training he has experience within these sports has furthered his knowledge of effective training practices. His attention to detail allowed him to win provincial gold and national silver medal in powerlifting in 2015. Since his competitive lifting days, Chris has learned that there is more to fitness, health and wellness than simply being strong, and has dedicated his time to studying how to optimize human health and wellness. With all his years of personal training, group fitness and athletic training experience, Chris aspires to give the most effective and positive training experience each and every time he enters the gym.
Mo joins EC Fit as a former Track & Field athlete with Masters in Exercise Physiology from Memorial University. With certifications as a N1 Trainer, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, EXOS Performance Specialist, and CrossFit L2/Gymnastics certified coach, Mo has a wide array of knowledge and experience to help every EC Fit member and potential members. Working in the coaching field since 2012, Mo has worked with various sports teams, with levels of experience ranging from beginners to elite Olympic athletes. Mo’s experience in program design which is individualized specifically to his clients’ goals. His favorite moments in coaching come from his clients and athletes exceeding their limits and achieving goals they never thought were possible.
